After breakfast, and drive to take a city tour. Amber Fort - Amber Fort is located in Amber (Jaipur), which used to be the capital of the Kachhwaha clan, till Jaipur was made the official capital in 1727. The Amber Fort looks stunning, all-built in white marble and red sandstone. To add to its charm, Maotha Lake makes its foreground. The crystal mirror image of the Fort, on the still waters of the lake, seems to be a beautiful illusion. Amber Fort is usually pronounced as Amer Fort. In 1592, construction of the Fort was started by Raja Man Singh I. However, the Amber Fort took its present form during the reign of Raja Jai Singh I. Hawa Mahal is a major landmark and a famous tourist attraction of Jaipur. The Palace offers a beautiful sight to behold. The splendid Rajputana architecture of Hawa Mahal, still speaks the glory of the royal family. However, one can also find a glimpse of Mughal architecture, which is blended perfectly to make it different from others. The literal meaning of Hawa Mahal is Palace of Winds. Hawa Mahal was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. Hawa Mahal is a pyramid-shaped facade with five stories. It has 953 small windows decorated with tiny lattice work. These pink sandstone windows commonly known as "Jharokhas" are constructed in such a style, that it looks like a giant honeycomb. City Palace forms one of the most famous tourist attractions and a major landmark in Jaipur. The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Among the various forts and palaces of Jaipur, City Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture. City Palace complex covers a huge area, which is divided into a series of gardens, courtyards and buildings. Initially, Raja Jai Singh built the outer wall occupying a huge area. The additional grand buildings were constructed later by the succeeding rulers. Jantar Mantar at Jaipur is the largest stone observatory in the World and this feature makes it, a special destination for a traveler. Jantar Mantar of Jaipur is one of the five astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur. During the period between 1727 and 1733, Jantar Mantar took its form and structure. Initially Jantar Mantar was named as Yantra Mantra, which means instruments and formulae, but due to mispronunciation of the term, it is changed to the recognized name. Later return back to hotel. The palaces, exquisitely built in red sandstone and marble are ornate with mirror work, carvings and paintings. Lalgarh Palace: The magnificent fort in red sandstone, a fascinating juxtaposition of the Oriental style and European luxury that leaves you truly mesmerized. Later drive to Jaisalmer. After breakfast, take a full day city tour. Jaisalmer Fort: - Jaisalmer fort is the second oldest in Rajasthan. Two hundred and fifty feet tall and reinforced by imposing crenellated sandstone wall 30 feet high; it has 99 bastions, 92 of which were built between 1633 and 1647. Tazia Tower of Jaisalmer is one of the major tourist attractions. If you have done with the various Rajputana architectures scattered in the city, Tazia tower will come as a welcome break to you. These were the homes of the former royal family. The Tazia tower is a 5-storied structure where each story has significance in its own.Gadsisar Lake is another major tourist attraction of Jaisalmer. Just leave the madding crowd behind and venture towards the outskirts and you will find yourself next to the famous Gadsisar Lake. In the evening, check in at the Desert Camp. Later take an excursion to Sam Sand Dunes, to enjoy beautiful sunset across this nomad's land. See the long stretches of sand dunes as far as your eyes can go. The golden crests and troughs provide you with the sense of limitlessness. Take a camel safari to experience the limitless Thar Desert. Overnight at the hotel.DAY 6- Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (288 km - 4 hours 50 mins)

After breakfast, take a city tour. Mehrangarh Fort - is still run by the former Maharajas of Jodhpur. The fort has a stunning collection of elephant howdahs, miniature paintings, and a huge tent made for the Mughals. Jaswant Thada, the white marble memorial is a peculiar monument to death. The son of the Maharaja Jaswant Singh II built this in memorial of his father.Also, the building has wonderful views over the city and of the fort. Later drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.DAY 8- Pushkar – Jaipur (145 km - 2 hours 30 mins)
After breakfast, check-out from hotel and later drive to visit the Pushkar Lake is an important pilgrimage spot for the Hindus. It has a mythological significance associated with it. According to the myth, Lord Brahma was on his way to search for a suitable place to perform a 'Yagna' (a fire sacrifice), in the meanwhile, a lotus fell from his hand on the earth and water sprouted from three places - one of them being Pushkar where Lord Brahma performed his yagna. Brahma Temple which holds utmost importance to the pilgrims as it is the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma. It's marked by a red sphere, and over the entrance gateway is the Hans, or goose symbol, of Brahma. Inside, floor and walls are engraved with dedications to the dead. This is the only temple in the world where Lord Brahma - Creator of the Universe, is worshipped.
